Dive shop registration software for the Philippines
SignToDive was made for dive shops and resorts in the Philippines, from Anilao and Puerto Galera to Moalboal, Malapascua, Coron and Dumaguete. It handles the paperwork every diver goes through, so your team can spend the morning on briefings instead of clipboards.
Made for international divers
Divers in the Philippines come from everywhere. SignToDive lets each diver choose their language on the first screen, waiver and medical questionnaire included: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese and Korean. Your team reads everything in English.
That means fewer divers guessing at medical questions, and fewer staff translating forms at the front desk.
Built around the Data Privacy Act
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), your shop is responsible for the personal information divers give you, and health information counts as sensitive personal information.
- Each shop’s data is kept separate, and divers’ information is visible only to the shop they registered with.
- Medical answers are encrypted with a key unique to your shop.
- Only you and the staff logins you create can see your divers.
- You can export your data at any time.
Works on the boat and at the resort
Divers register on their own phone, wherever they are: at the hotel the night before, from the booking email, or at your front desk. Nothing is printed, so nothing gets wet on the boat. On Pro, staff get today’s manifest so the boat crew knows who is diving.
What it costs
- Starter: $25 a month (or $250 a year), for an owner-run shop with one login.
- Pro: $49 a month (or $490 a year), for busy shops and resorts with a team: staff logins, your own waiver wording, branding and Google review emails.
- Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with all Pro features. Payments are handled by Paddle, which issues receipts and invoices.
More reviews for your shop
Google reviews decide which dive shop a traveller picks. On Pro, the day after each diver registers, SignToDive sends them a short thank-you email in their language with one tap to review you on Google. Each diver gets at most one every six months, and never minors.
